PUMP UPGRADE ASSEMBLY

The pump upgrade assembly currently supersedes the older model ‘GOS’ fuel pumps previously utilised on Brobo ferrous saw that were in circulation prior to 2000. The kit was specifically designed for ease of changeover so an operator could retrofit the unit with minimal downtime.

LIGHT DUTY AIR CLAMP

Tailored for use with our non-ferrous range of saws, the light duty air clamps are appropriately suited for clamping of light gauge material with relatively thin wall sections. The rubberised clamp head prevent any surface damage to the parent material whilst offering adequate clamping force to achieve a superior cut.

Sold as a separate accessory, Brobo pneumatic vice unit can be fitted onto our existing range of ferrous saw to maximise clamping efficiency in reducing downtime associated with manual clamping system and serves to reduce repetitive stress injury (RSI) to the operator.

BROBORULE© SERIES MANUAL LENGTH STOP

Used for repetitive and accurate docking of uniform profile lengths of material, the Brobo length stop unit is available from 1.5m to 6.0m lengths in 1.5m increments. Length stop kits include rail, tape, micro-stop and extension arm. (To be used in conjunction with the Brobo roller conveyor unit).

BROBO ROLLER CONVEYOR

Specifically design with use to the Brobo range of ferrous and non-ferrous cutting machines. The fabricated steel conveyor is available as a 3000mm (length) x 305mm (width) x 150mm (pitch) mountable on the in-feed side, the exit feed side or both depending on the customer’s requirements.

Available as a factory fit or a field kit, the ‘deadman’ trigger switch kits offer additional safety protection for the operator which are also ideal for government departments and school facilities where stricter safety standards are enforced.
